VIBE Consulting LLC is the passion turned action of founder, owner, and equity practitioner Kendra Malone (they/them). Through exploration, inquisitiveness, and compassionate accountability, VIBE guides communities into deeper understandings of systemic oppression, impact, and what it takes to shift harmful power dynamics in the service of liberation for all while prioritizing communities most impacted by oppression and social marginalization.

We endeavor to practice equity and liberation-based principles. We model collaboration styles, conflict management, and communal care as we work together to guide collaborators through equity growth , while honoring the work of equity is challenging, expansive, and filled with experiences of joy.
